1)  The listed equipment is typical, and should be a guide line,
      but can change according to local resources and conditions.
 
2)  1 x Bass Drum, 1 x Floor Tom, 2 x Tom Tom, 1 x Snare Drum,
     HiHat and 1 x Ride Cymbal, 3 x Crash Cymbals, 1 x China Cymbal,
     1 x Splash Cymbal - including necessary foot pedals, stands etc.
 
3)  A microphone set includes all necessary microphone stands, cables,
     connectors etc.
 
4)  Depends on the size and conditions of the venue.
